Oberhalb mit "The Absorbent Vessels represented in a Figure supposed to be transparent. See the System of Anatomy, Part 3. Sect.14." beschrieben, rechts oben "Plate [unleserlich], ". Unten mittig "This Figure was formed from a singular Idea from the Late Dr. William Hunter, who to exhibit a general view of the Absorbent Vessels supposed a Figure to be transparent, in order to shew more correctedly the course an distribution of these Vessels.", rechts unten unleserlich. – Dekorative Darstellung der Lymphgefäße an einem "tranparenten", ganzfigurigen Standbild frontal. Illustration aus William Henry Halls „The new royal encyclopedia; or, complete modern universal dictionary of arts and sciences on a new and improved plan…“ erstmals veröffentlicht 1788, verlegt durch C. Cooke in London, mit zahlreichen Neuauflagen.

Druck mit allseits Rand zur Plattenkante. Blatt beschnitten und gewellt. Ränder etwas gebräunt, Ecken leicht bestoßen. In insgesamt guten Erhaltungszustand.
